Today, our firm, filed a class and collective action lawsuit against H & J Restaurant Management, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of production employees who worked at the McDonald's restaurants it operates. The lawsuit alleges that the company violated federal and Pennsylvania law by requiring employees to work “off-the-clock” and failed to pay them time and one-half pay when they worked over 40 hours in a week.
